Maruti Suzuki True Value RF Coordinator – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate used-car sales and customer follow-ups
- Handle retail finance documentation for vehicle loans
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners
- Support exchange and pre-owned car transactions
- Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, evaluation, and delivery teams
- Ensure timely loan approvals and disbursement
- Track pending cases and customer payments
- Support insurance and RC transfer processes
- Maintain compliance with Maruti Suzuki India Limited and dealership SOPs
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Documentation and customer handling ability
- Finance coordination and follow-up skills
- Teamwork and multitasking ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
