Job Profile/Description:
Responsible for enrolment of Dr/Customers over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
Enter and update Dr/customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and note useful information
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems (Internal training will be provided)
Qualifications: Science Graduate
Work Experience: Experience as a Tele-caller or similar (Min.1 year) will be
an added advantage
