About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for office-related activities.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Kannada language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
