The Car Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new and/or used vehicles to customers, understanding their needs, and providing a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to delivery. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to overall dealership growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and sales enquiries for Tata passenger vehicles.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata car models.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and exchange schemes.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and showroom visits.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and RTO teams.
- Ensure smooth booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records in CRM as per Tata Motors guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business & referrals.
- Follow company policies and Tata Motors sales processes strictly.
Qualification & Skills:
- SSLC/Plus Two/Graduate
- Freshers / Experienced
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Teamwork
- Valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
