Manager/ Sr. Manager - Business Development - Land Acquisition
Location : Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur
Experience : Manager: 8–12 years ; Sr. Manager: 12+ years
Salary Range : ₹15–20 LPA
Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.

Job Summary:
To lead and drive the company’s land acquisition and business development strategy in Jaipur by identifying, evaluating, and closing land opportunities through broker networks, landowners, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead land sourcing through broker networks, landowners, and market channels in Jaipur.
- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, landowners, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Identify land parcels aligned with the company’s development strategy.
- Conduct land visits for physical verification, zoning checks, and site assessments.
- Oversee market research, micro-market mapping, pricing benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Drive preliminary feasibility studies (development potential, costing, ROI analysis).
- Lead negotiations with landowners and brokers to close deals.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, and liaisoning teams for due diligence and approvals.
- Manage land acquisition documentation, agreements, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare feasibility notes, presentations, and proposals for senior leadership review.
- Track market trends, upcoming corridors, and policy changes impacting land acquisition.
- Ensure timely deal closure and smooth project handover.
- Mentor junior team members (if applicable).
- Undertake strategic BD initiatives as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements :
- Strong understanding of Jaipur real estate market
- Proven experience in broker-driven land sourcing & deal closures
- Sound knowledge of land feasibility, zoning regulations & development norms
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
