Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer (Kohima / Manipur)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to conduct classroom and practical sessions for students under the employability and skill development programme at Kohima / Manipur.
The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ communication, personality development, workplace readiness, and professional behaviour through interactive and engaging sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and activity-based training sessions for students.
Deliver sessions on communication skills, personality development, confidence building, and workplace etiquette.
Train students in interview skills, resume preparation, group discussions, and presentation skills.
Conduct role-plays, mock interviews, and interactive learning activities.
Guide students in professional grooming, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
Support students in improving spoken English and workplace communication.
Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
Coordinate with the programme team for effective training delivery.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct interactive and motivational training sessions.
Knowledge of employability skills, workplace behaviour, and personality development.
Strong interpersonal and student engagement skills.
Ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with certification/training in soft skills or personality development.
2–3 years of experience in soft skills training, employability training, or teaching.
Good command of English and Hindi.

As per experience and project norms.
