Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation for our IT services business. This is an onsite role working in the US shift, focused on engaging international clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach. The role involves booking demos and meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email outreach campaigns
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in international markets
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and fit
- Schedule demos and appointments for the sales team
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings and lead generation
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales
- Experience in IT services or technology sales preferred
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and international client handling
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach)
