✔ Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
✔ Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
✔ Maintain guest records and payment details.
✔ Coordinate with hotel teams for smooth guest check-ins.
✔ Provide information on room availability, packages, and special offers.
✔ Resolve customer queries professionally.
✔ Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy.
✔Deliver exceptional customer service.
*Qualifications:*
Graduate (Hospitality/Tourism preferred)
0–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software
