Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Salesman to join our retail footwear store. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear based on their needs
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and basic cash transactions
- Manage stock on shelves and report shortages
- Provide excellent customer service and build repeat customers
Requirements:
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred (footwear/apparel is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
