Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our JEE, NEET, and K12 programs. The candidate will handle student inquiries, provide career guidance, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE, NEET, and K12 courses over calls.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course information and effective counseling.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide smooth admission support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with target-based sales and calling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
