BrainMine Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Sales & Business Development Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for 2025–2026 pass-outs with a specialization in Sales/Marketing who are eager to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior sales team members.
- Maintain lead and client data in CRM.
- Assist in proposal preparation and follow-up activities.
- Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA or MBA - Marketing or Sales (2025 or 2026 pass-out).
- Specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
