- Take full ownership of all site projects as the single point of contact for execution and completion.
- Plan, manage, and supervise site works to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards.
- Evaluate specifications, and technical requirements to identify and resolve discrepancies during execution.
- Coordinate with contractors & vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Conduct daily site inspections, monitor work progress, and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
- Manage documentation, including daily progress reports, material requests, and work completion records.
