Job Summary
We are looking for a Systems & Applications Analyst to support our internal business applications, CRM systems, integrations, and technology projects. The role will work closely with business teams and the development team to improve workflows, support system enhancements, and help implement new technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Zoho CRM, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management.
- Assist with API integrations and third-party tools used across the organization.
- Conduct testing of new features, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Help identify and troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with the development team.
- Gather business requirements and document processes and workflows.
- Support internal technology projects, automation initiatives, and new platform enhancements.
- Provide day-to-day application support to users across the organization.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a systems, CRM, technology support, or analyst role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of integrating with APIs, SQL, and business applications.
- Familiarity with software testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM’s preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or workflow automation tools.
- Exposure to AI tools and business process automation.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
