Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and lead information in CRM.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, payment follow-ups, and project onboarding.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Track sales targets, pipeline status, and team performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, and Operations teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Manage client databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Assist in tender documentation, RFPs, and vendor registration processes when required.
- Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through effective coordination and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
