We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle student enquiries and convert them into successful admissions. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them towards the right courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Explain course details, benefits, fee structure, and learning outcomes clearly.
- Counsel students and parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Share sample class notes, demo videos, and recorded sessions with interested students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students.
- Achieve daily/weekly admission and follow-up targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling is an advantage.
