Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner
- Install and update software applications and security patches
- Support network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Ensure system security and data backup practices are followed

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of desktop computers and computer hardware
- Experience in providing technical support for desktop computers and printers
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware issues

- Relevant certifications or training in desktop support
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
