Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Team Leader with hands-on experience in BPO Operations (Inbound Process) who can effectively manage team performance, client expectations, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team in an Inbound BPO process to achieve operational targets.
- Handle 24×7 shift management, including roster planning and workforce allocation.
- Prepare and manage team rosters and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle multiple client processes and maintain strong client coordination.
- Manage Workforce handling and team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Maintain reports and data analysis using Advanced Excel.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations (Inbound Process).
- Experience in team handling and inbound process management.
- Strong knowledge of roster making and workforce management.
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Good command of Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
