The Young Office Helper is responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role includes handling office maintenance tasks, assisting staff with routine activities, managing documents, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials within and outside the office when needed.
- Assist in arranging meetings, events, and office functions.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Support staff with routine errands and operational requirements.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are properly maintained and report any issues.
- Assist with opening and closing office premises as assigned.
- Follow organizational policies, safety procedures, and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Prior experience as an office helper, office boy, peon, or support staff is an advantage.
