Branch Manager – Job Description
Minimum 1or 2 years of experience in the gold loan industry.
Manage branch operations and achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
