Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, E&I, Mechatronics, or Relevant Field
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer & Panel Wiring Technician to join our automation team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, electrical control panel wiring, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation projects.
- Configure and program HMI/Touch Screen interfaces.
- Perform electrical control panel wiring as per electrical schematics.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit layouts.
- Install and commission automation systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and electrical control circuits.
- Coordinate with design, assembly, and production teams during machine build and testing.
- Conduct machine trials and support customer acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare documentation related to PLC programs, wiring layouts, and commissioning reports.

- PLC Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, etc.)

- VFD & Servo Drive Configuration

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
- Knowledge of Pneumatics and Industrial Sensors
- Field Service and Customer Support Experience
- AutoCAD Electrical knowledge is an added advantage
