Job Description:
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM professional with strong Power Platform expertise to design, customize, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, custom development, JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate, and business rules to support complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module) based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain customizations including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
- Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and form scripting
- Develop and maintain server-side customizations using C# plugins and workflows
- Configure and manage Business Rules and classic/real-time workflows
- Design and implement Power Automate flows for integrations, process automation, and notifications
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and connectors
- Support data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide technical documentation and support post‑go‑live
