Brief:
Seeking a Telecalling Collections Executive to make outbound calls, follow up on overdue payments, negotiate settlements, and update CRM records. Must meet collection targets and escalate complex cases.
Required:
- High school graduate (graduate preferred).
- Experience in telecalling or collections preferred.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
