Job Summary
The Pro-Field Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and engaging with doctors to foster long-term professional relationships. The core objective is to understand their practice needs, position your seminars as high-value educational opportunities, and ensure consistent attendance. This role requires a high degree of professional etiquette, mobility, and the ability to pivot strategies based on the doctor’s schedule and clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Outreach & Networking: Proactively identify and map target doctors (specialists/GPs) within the assigned territory. Conduct professional, respectful, and brief in-clinic visits.
- Seminar Promotion: Effectively communicate the academic and clinical value of your weekend seminars to ensure registrations and actual attendance.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a database of doctor profiles, preferences, and feedback to foster long-term engagement. Act as the consistent point of contact for any queries or follow-ups.
- Adaptable Engagement: Navigate the busy schedules of medical professionals. Be prepared to adapt meeting lengths, styles, and communication channels (e.g., in-person, digital, or quick follow-ups) based on their availability.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from doctors regarding the seminars to continuously improve content and format for future sessions.
- Professional Representation: Maintain the highest level of professional conduct, ensuring all interactions reflect the credibility and integrity of the organization.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
