Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor precast/construction projects from start to finish
- Lead site coordination between factory, site engineers, and contractors
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for accuracy
- Manage project budget, resources, and manpower allocation
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management
- Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical guidance to team
- Support factory operations for timely production and dispatch
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of civil/construction project execution and precast methods
- Experience in site management, quality documentation, and team handling
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Project/AutoCAD/Excel is an added advantage
- Willing to travel between sites/factory as required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
