Urgent Hiring – HR & Placement Manager
Location: Chinchwad, Pune.
Industry: IT Training & Placement Institute
Experience Required: 3+ Years (Preferably in an IT Training & Placement Institute)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR & Placement Manager who can effectively manage student placements, develop strong corporate relationships, and drive successful hiring opportunities for our students.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end student placement activities.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
✅ Generate placement opportunities, campus drives, and recruitment partnerships.
✅ Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
✅ Guide students regarding resume building, interview preparation, aptitude tests, and corporate expectations.
✅ Track placement records and maintain placement-related MIS reports.
✅ Conduct mock interviews, soft skills sessions, and placement readiness programs.
✅ Collaborate with training teams to align student skills with current industry requirements.
✅ Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback and hiring status.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory).
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Placement, or Corporate Relations.
✔ Prior experience in an IT Training & Placement Institute is highly preferred.
✔ Strong network and professional relationships with IT companies and recruiters.
✔ Excellent understanding of IT technologies, IT job roles, and hiring processes.
✔ Proven track record of successful student placements.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to organize placement drives and corporate tie-ups independently.
✔ Good knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and corporate outreach strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
⭐ Experience handling placements for Software Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Testing, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and other IT domains.
⭐ Strong corporate network across startups, MNCs, and IT service companies.
⭐ Ability to bring new hiring partners and placement opportunities regularly.
