Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Architectural Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for architecture students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in real estate and architectural design projects.
The intern will work closely with our architects and project team on design development, drafting, site coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
- Support in preparing concept designs, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
- Conduct site visits and assist in taking measurements and documenting progress.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Prepare material specifications and BOQs when required.
- Research design trends, materials, and construction methods.
- Maintain project files and documentation.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or recently graduated.
- Basic knowledge of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
