We operate at the intersection of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, mobile monetization, and performance-led growth.
As we expand across India and key APAC markets including China, Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support hiring across both technology and GTM functions. This role is ideal for someone who understands startup hiring, can build strong talent pipelines across geographies, and is comfortable working with hiring managers in fast-moving, high-context environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for Tech, Product, Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and other GTM roles across India and APAC markets.
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across India, China, Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and niche talent communities.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, product, ad-tech, sales, business development, influencer marketing, and monetization roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, align on hiring expectations, and improve interview outcomes.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, offer discussions, and candidate closure.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-close roles across both Tech and GTM functions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners, consultants, and local market hiring channels where required for APAC hiring.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Own ATS hygiene on PyjamaHR, maintain updated candidate records, track hiring funnel movement, and publish weekly hiring reports for leadership visibility.
- Share market insights around candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, notice periods, and hiring challenges across India and APAC markets.
- Support employer branding initiatives through campus drives, hiring campaigns, virtual events, talent communities, and social hiring channels.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, talent movements, compensation patterns, and competitive hiring practices across India, China, Korea, Vietnam, and broader APAC markets.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to startup, tech, product, ad-tech, or internet business hiring.
- Prior experience hiring across India and APAC markets, including China, Korea, Vietnam, or Southeast Asia.
- Experience hiring for both Tech and GTM roles, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, communities, agencies, and passive talent mapping.
- Good understanding of engineering and product roles such as SDE, QA, DevOps, Data, Mobile, Product, and Design.
- Experience hiring GTM roles such as Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Ad Operations, Account Management, Growth, and Marketing.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and hiring managers in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good understanding of hiring metrics, funnel tracking, offer conversion, and recruitment reporting.
- Experience working with an ATS; PyjamaHR experience is a plus.
Preferred
- Prior experience hiring for a tech startup, product company, ad-tech company, gaming company, or mobile app ecosystem.
- Understanding of mobile advertising, app monetization, influencer marketing, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies or consultants across APAC markets.
- Exposure to international hiring, cross-border talent mapping, and regional compensation benchmarking.
- Ability to build passive talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
- Experience supporting campus hiring, employer branding, or talent community initiatives.
