Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive for our Manufacturing / Building Materials / HVAC division. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, client meetings, and market networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, MEP companies, and distributors.
- Promote company products related to HVAC, building materials, or manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions with customers when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, manufacturing products, or building materials.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in Manufacturing / HVAC / Building Materials industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, builders, or MEP companies.
- Technical understanding of HVAC products and project sales.
- Experience in B2B and project-based sales.
