We are seeking a results-driven Group/Commercial Insurance Salesperson to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling group/commercial insurance solutions to companies of all sizes. This individual contributor role requires proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and strong relationship management skills. He/She will be responsible for achieving assigned GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and revenue targets through strategic client engagement and solution-driven sales.

Job Description

Prospect and generate new business leads from Open Market companies, Internal LOBs, partners etc.

Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored group/commercial insurance solutions.

Present and sell group insurance products (health, life, disability, dental, vision, etc.) to small, medium, and large businesses

Prepare and present competitive proposals and insurance quotes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee benefits and insurance-related matters.

Manage renewals, address service issues, and coordinate policy changes in coordination with service team/ partners

Evaluate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing structures.

Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to finalize coverage.

Assist with policy applications, enrollment processes, and onboarding.

Ensure all policies comply with insurance regulations and company guidelines.

Keep accurate records of sales, prospects, and client communications.
