Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth for the LIVXS Learning vertical. The candidate will be responsible for identifying corporate training and learning opportunities, building strong relationships with HR and L&D professionals, and promoting customized learning and engagement solutions to corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, corporate training, events, experiential learning, or employee engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate learning, training, and employee engagement.
- Build relationships with HR, L&D, Admin, and business decision-makers across industries.
- Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, networking events, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized learning and engagement solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, facilitators, and trainers to create proposals and presentations.
- Deliver impactful client presentations and pitch experiential learning concepts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent LIVXS Learning at corporate networking events and industry meetups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate training sales, experiential marketing, or event sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of corporate learning, employee engagement, and experiential learning concepts.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and business closures.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and proposal development.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in learning & development (L&D) or corporate training industry.
- Existing network with HR/L&D professionals.
- Understanding of team-building activities, leadership workshops, and employee engagement formats.
- Creative thinking with consultative selling abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
