Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage property documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate for Sale Deed drafting, execution, stamping, and registration.
- Handle documentation related to land acquisition and purchase of properties.
- Verify land ownership documents, title documents, revenue records, 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries, and other land records.
- Coordinate with legal consultants for title search and document verification.
- Manage NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion process and coordinate with revenue authorities for approvals.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Office, Tehsil/Taluka offices, municipal authorities, and other government departments.
- Follow up for land approvals, permissions, registrations, and required documentation.
- Maintain proper records of land and property documents (physical and digital).
- Prepare reports and updates on documentation status.
- Ensure all documents are complete and maintained as per company requirements.
