Bharat Mata Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our Glass Bridge, Adventure Activities, and Tour Packages. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, increasing tourist footfall, and aligning with tour operators, clubs, and travel agencies to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Promotion
- Promote glass bridge experiences, adventure activities, and bundled tour packages
- Identify new business opportunities in tourism, travel, and leisure sectors
- Develop customized tour packages for groups, institutions, and corporate clients
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Tour operators & travel agencies
- Adventure clubs & travel clubs
- Hotels, resorts, and homestays
- Educational institutions & corporate groups
- Establish long-term business tie-ups and MOUs
Tour Operator Coordination
- Coordinate with tour operators for:
- Package pricing
- Scheduling and bookings
- Seasonal promotions
- Ensure smooth communication between operations team and tour partners
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, and tourism events
- Assist in promotional activities, familiarization trips (FAM trips), and exhibitions
- Provide market feedback for improving packages and services
Candidate Profile Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
- Tourism / Travel industry
- Business development or sales
- Tour operator coordination (preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of tourism, adventure activities, and experiential travel
- Ability to build networks and maintain partnerships
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Willingness to travel
