About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Computer Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting servers, computers, printers, CCTV systems, LAN/WAN networks, and other IT assets. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves direct interaction with users and coordination with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
- Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of servers, networking (LAN/WAN), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and peripheral devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle users and vendors effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
