Pitanga Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer focused Client Service Executive to provide excellent support to our clients across a wide range of financial products and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their service requests, documentation, follow ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to after sales support.
The role involves handling customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk in clients while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple client requests, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high quality service.

The candidate will also be responsible for client onboarding support, KYC documentation, document verification, CRM management, customer follow up, email and WhatsApp communication, complaint resolution, service request tracking, coordination with product partners, maintaining service records, and providing after sales support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and Email, strong customer handling abilities, and a willingness to learn about financial products and services. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome, while experience in banking, insurance, financial services, customer support, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
