Job Summary The ERP Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and maintaining the organization's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves working closely with various departments, assisting users, coordinating ERP-related activities, troubleshooting issues, managing data accuracy, and supporting ERP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide day-to-day support for ERP users across departments.
● Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues or coordinate with vendors for resolution.
● Monitor ERP system performance and ensure smooth functioning.
● Act as the primary point of contact for ERP users.
● Gather user requirements and coordinate system enhancements and Data Management.
● Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the ERP system.
● Coordinate master data creation and maintenance, including customers, vendors, inventory, and employees.
● Perform data validation and periodic audits. ERP Implementation & Upgrades
● Assist in ERP implementation, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
● Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test results.
● Support ERP version upgrades and new module rollouts. Process Improvement
● Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.
● Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities. Reporting & Documentation
● Generate and analyze ERP reports for management.
● Maintain ERP documentation, change logs, and support records.
● Prepare periodic reports on system issues, resolutions, and enhancement requests and Vendor Coordination.
● Liaise with ERP vendors and external consultants.
● Track support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
● Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and support activities.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in ERP coordination, ERP support, or ERP administration.
Required Skills
● Experience working with ERP systems.
● Understanding of business processes, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Sales.
Technical Skills
● ERP system administration and support.
● Basic SQL and database knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
