Electrical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, DB panels, and lighting systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all operational areas.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment for optimum performance.
Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain kitchen equipment electrical connections.
- Inspect and repair exhaust fans, ceiling fans, pedestal fans, air curtains, water pumps, and motors.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major electrical repairs when required.
- Ensure proper functioning of emergency lighting and UPS systems.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory electrical regulations.
- Identify electrical hazards and report them immediately.
- Use appropriate PPE while performing maintenance activities.
Preventive Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Recommend replacement of worn-out electrical components.
- Minimize equipment downtime through timely inspections.
Staff Accommodation Maintenance
- Attend electrical complaints related to staff accommodations.
- Repair or replace faulty fans, switches, sockets, lights, and electrical accessories.
- Ensure all accommodation electrical systems are safe and operational.
Documentation
- Maintain daily maintenance logs.
- Record spare parts usage and inventory requirements.
- Submit maintenance reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Pay: ₹8,336.84 - ₹29,000.00 per month
