Job Title: Planning Engineer – Mivan Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Mivan formwork construction for high-rise residential/commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress tracking, resource planning, and ensuring timely project execution in coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track productivity, manpower deployment, material availability, and equipment utilization.
- Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, QA/QC, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Monitor critical activities related to Mivan shuttering cycle, slab cycle planning, and resource optimization.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
Required Skills
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for Mivan-based high-rise residential projects.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Good understanding of Mivan construction methodology and cycle planning.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, project controls, and progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with reputed real estate or EPC construction companies.
- Exposure to multiple high-rise residential projects using Mivan technology.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project cost monitoring is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
