Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, specifically marketing and placing IT consultants on projects. This includes sourcing suitable IT professionals, maintaining good relationships with consultants, ensuring proper documentation, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and timely follow-ups. The role involves collaboration with clients and vendors to identify and fulfill their staffing needs.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding
Skills in relationship management, negotiation, and marketing IT consultants
Proficiency in communication, networking, and interpersonal techniques
Understanding of various employment types (W2, 1099,IT consultants
Proficiency in communication, networking, and interpersonal techniques
Understanding of various employment types (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp) and legal compliance
Experience working with vendors, clients, and job boards
Ability to meet targets, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the U.S. IT staffing industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
