Industry- Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting textile market research to identify selling possibilities, maintaining relationships with clients and evaluating customer needs.
- Communicating and responding to business/sales enquiries of natural dyes, natural dye extracts etc.
· Keeping a daily record of communication had with various customers for various products on CRM.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, tradefair’s, cold calling, cold emailing etc
· Conducting Market research of products (Market trend, prices for various quantities, getting prospects data)
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling customer queries.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams.
· Representing the business at trade exhibitions
· Able to provide support, technical assistance to customers
· Job involves frequent travel in India & Outside
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven experience of 6 Months as BDE/Sales or similar role in Textile industry (required).
- Excellent communication skills & Proficiency in English (must).
- Knowledge of Dyeing and Dyeing Machine
- Excellent & knowledge of using Sales CRM & MS Office
- Fast learner and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Knowledge of production of dyes/ herbal extracts will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
