Job description:-
- Assist in research and development activities related to plastic/polymer materials.
- Support formulation, compounding, and development of new polymer products.
- Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of plastics.
- Assist in trials, sample preparation, testing, and analysis.
- Maintain R&D records, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Support troubleshooting of product and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product development and improvement.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills:-
- Good understanding of polymer science and plastic materials.
- Basic knowledge of polymer testing and characterization.
- Familiarity with plastics, additives, fillers, and compounding will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in an R&D laboratory/plant environment.
Preferred Candidate:-
Freshers with an M.Sc. in Polymer Science / Chemistry who are interested in R&D and plastic product development
