Educational Qualification
- ITI Draftsman / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in PHE drafting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed PHE drawings including water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and rainwater harvesting layouts.
- Develop plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed shop drawings.
- Prepare pump room layouts, water tank details, STP/WTP layouts, and piping drawings.
- Coordinate with PHE Engineers, Architects, Structural Consultants, and MEP teams for design integration.
- Update drawings as per design revisions, site conditions, and client requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and drafting standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Ability to prepare detailed plumbing and drainage drawings.
- Understanding of water supply, sewage, stormwater, and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Knowledge of pipe routing, riser preparation, equipment detailing, and coordination drawings.
- Familiarity with Revit MEP/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, layers, scales, and drafting standards.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
