HR INTERVIEWER & HR MANAGER
Locations: Lucknow
HR Interviewer Salary: ₹18k – ₹20k InHand
HR Manager Salary: ₹25k – ₹30k InHand
REQUIREMENTS
- BPO experience in HR is mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year relevant experience for HR Interviewer
- Relevant HR/Recruitment experience for HR Manager
- Experience conducting face-to-face interviews
- Strong candidate handling and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English & Hindi communication preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Evaluate candidates and recommend suitable profiles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the hiring process
- Handle complex recruitment challenges with effective problem-solving
