The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. Duties :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications for business use cases.
- Build, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models using Python and popular AI frameworks.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS), and AI agents.
- Experience with NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
