Core Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning: Design and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with broader business and marketing goals.
* Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging, platform-native content across channels (e.g., Instagram Reels, Linkedin carousels, YouTube videos, X threads).
* Community Management: Respond to comments and direct messages, handle customer inquiries, and build active, loyal communities.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPls) like reach, engagement, saves, and conversions to refine future campaigns.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, viral audio/memes, and emerging social media tools to keep the brand culturally relevant.
Essential Skills
* Copywriting & Communication: Ability to write concise, catchy hooks, captions, and scripts that are tailored to specific platforms.
* Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of how content grammar differs across platforms (e.g., Reddit vs. Instagram).
* Visual Editing & Al Fluency: Familiarity with design and editing software (like Canva) and Al-driven creative tools (like ChatGPT or CapCut) to accelerate content production.
* Data Literacy: Capability to interpret analytics, pivot content angles based on data, and translate those findings into actionable strategies.
* Customer Service & Empathy: Patience and professionalism to handle public feedback and inquiries.
