Summary:
The Civil Department is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The team works closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
Roles and Responsibilities
Verifying the bills and invoices from vendors and contractors for all units and projects.
Analysing variation claims by contractors and vendors, and ensuring proper resolution and closure.
Preparing detailed comparative statements for project evaluations.
Processing invoices in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
Conducting rate analysis, bill estimation, and costing for various projects.
Preparing reconciliation statement as required from vendors.
Coordinating with SCM (Supply Chain Management) department for raising indents for various work orders and materials.
Verifying and approving invoice bills on the daily basis.
Following up with accounts department to ensure timely payments.
Preparing and sharing MIS reports to higher authority regularly
Accepting and carrying out new duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
