- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, direct electricians, and evaluate team performance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan regular checks and servicing for electrical panels, motors, and wiring to stop unexpected failures.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose complex electrical faults, fix broken equipment, and guide technicians through tough repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety rules, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Order replacement parts, track tools, and help manage department repair budgets.
- Record Keeping: Log completed maintenance work, equipment conditions, and safety incidents.
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
