We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and experienced Aesthetic Counsellor who can guide clients through various aesthetic treatments, including cosmetic procedures, hair restoration/treatments, and body shaping/contouring services.
This role involves conducting detailed consultations, explaining treatment plans, designing customized packages, and assisting clients in making informed decisions. The counsellor will also play a key role in sales conversion by effectively communicating the benefits of procedures and building client trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in and referred clients.
- Understand client concerns and suggest appropriate cosmetic, hair, or body-shaping solutions.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected results, downtime, and post-care instructions.
- Create tailored packages as per the client’s needs and budget.
- Effectively communicate the clinic’s USPs and convert consultations into treatments.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a relationship with existing clients.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for scheduling and smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and client progress.
- Meet monthly sales and consultation targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Science, Cosmetology, Healthcare, or related fields preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in aesthetic counselling, cosmetic clinic, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in cosmetic, dermatological, and slimming
