Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and related business processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll configurations and integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools and data extraction techniques.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
