At Bigwit Energy, we craft customized energy experiences. As a Solar Sales Advisor, you are the face of the company. You won’t be sitting behind a desk, you will be on the field, visiting rooftops across Delhi NCR, analyzing energy bills, and advising homeowners and businesses on how to slash their electricity costs by up to 95%.
What You Will Do
- Site Consultations: Visit residential and commercial sites in Delhi to conduct technical and financial feasibility audits.
- Customer Education: Explain the "Bigwit 5-Step Journey," from initial design to net-metering and our proprietary project dashboard.
- Customised Proposals: Work with our engineering team to present the best-fit solar solution to the client.
- End-to-End Coordination: Collect documents (like electricity bills) and hand over the lead to our operations team once the deal is closed.
The "Freshie" Deal (Training Period)
- Duration: 2 Months (Mandatory for freshers, who are new in Solar Sales Segment).
- The Grind: You will shadow our senior consultants to learn the technicalities of the solar plant generation, DISCOMs workings, solar structures, and shadow analysis.
- The Pay: Your salary will be capped during these 2 months as you learn the ropes. Once you hit the field solo, your full package kicks in.
Who You Are
- Communicator: You can explain complex solar tech in simple "layman" terms.
- Persistence: You don’t mind the Delhi heat or traffic to meet a potential client.
- Background: Experience in solar sales is great, but if you are a fresher with high energy and a "hunter" mindset, we want you.
- Mobility: A two-wheeler is highly preferred for quick site visits (we reimburse fuel).
