Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Run beam saw machines to cut materials according to specifications and drawings
- Set up and secure materials, adjust blades, feed rates and speeds
- Inspect cut pieces for accuracy, defects and proper dimensions
- Perform routine cleaning, checks and minor trouble shooting on the saw
- Maintain records of output and materials used
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
Essential Skills:
- Experience with CNC machinery or beam saws
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files and cutting lists
- Strong numerical skills for calculating dimensions and measuring workpieces accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of materials and their properties
Desirable Skills:
- Manufacturing or production experience in a wood working environment
- Experience of running and operating other CNC machinery
Pay: ₹12,287.27 - ₹27,411.04 per month
